Refund policy

Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note the order must be in the same condition that it was received with all tags still attached and no signs of wear and tear.

How can I submit a Return?
We've made the process simple for you! Simply submit your return request 
HERE with your order number and email address. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available at this time. 

Refunds
Once we've received the item, you’ll receive a notification that the refund is being processed and the money will go back on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
